public Key

I have a public key that i want use to this public key in my .net application for example this public key is called netpublic.key that is located in C:\\netpublickey.key in and now i want use this public key in my application this public key is generated with java and i want use this in C# or asp.net application
how can i do?
please help me with sample code.
