XML Data Source and web applications.

I am trying to learn how to develop a web application that uses an
1.XML data source to keep information
2.present the information on a web form
3.has ability to add new item from the webform
4.update the information
5.delete item from the XML data source from a web form
 how do I go about this with visual studio 2008.
