Building an online interactive catalog viewer

Hi,

 I'm trying to build an online interactive catalog viewer for my company, where we can upload images and pdf files and the clients can display them as magazine, I found some cool stuff on the net, but I couldn't find any source code I can start with, for example:

So any idea which programing language or technique I can use to build something like that?
