any way to simulate passwordAnswerAttemptLockoutDuration in sqlmembership?

I found the passwordAnswerAttemptLockoutDuration feature usefull, however it only works in ActiveDirectory membership.
Is there a way to use it with sqlmembership, or simulate it?I suppose i could write a spoc in the sql and put it in sql jobs but i though i ask here first.
