Just have a few quick questions about page naming. Firstly, is Default.aspx or default.aspx the equivalent of index.php or index.htm in the sense that if you have a page such as mypage.com there's no need to put in mypage.com/index.php it goes straight to it or do you have to have a page called index.aspx to get the same effect?

My other question is VS defaults all page names to start with an upper case such as Default.aspx as opposed to default.aspx. I noticed that this website for example uses the VS default but a lot of others use lower case and all other languages are all lower case so does it really matter or is it all down to preference? Thanks
