Restrict access on Server and Application

Here is the problem :

There is a Asp.Net application which accepts only some Distribution List users to access it. There are two type of users for this app ââ?¬â?? Admin and General users.
 
-          This application is hosted on a remote server machine, on which only Adminââ?¬â?¢s users should be able to access.
