write Data to Byte[ ] array

Hi All.
i hava a data in string variable
for example :
string Data = "0M8R4KGxGuEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPgADAP7/"


and i want to convert this data to binary format so that i can insert this data to Image data field in Database .. can u please give me the solution.
