Converting HTML RichText to RTF & Store into mssql 2005 Database

Hi,

I had some problems with the above issue.
I am working on a asp.net application with mssql 2005 database

Is there an editor which can stored rtf format (Not HTML) into the database?
Or is there an guide or good freeware in converting HTML format into rtf & store in the database?
