I am looking into making a service where people can send an sms to a number with the keyword of a town such as "Geelong"
and the service will deduct a certain amount of money from their credit and then send them back the weather report of that town.
The report would be stored in a file along with a report for each town that we support.
The money that was deducted would then be transfered to a bank account.
I was wondering how I would go about this and if it was possible to code in asp.net, if their were any third party services that were made for this specific task and if anyone knows if you would be able to the report in xml?
