immediate requirement........sending textbox value from one form to another

hi..i have two forms in first form there is a button control by clicking this button second form will open, there i'll do some calculation in the text boxes and press a button called "back" in second form. by clicking back button value from second form should come to a textbox in form one...can any one plz helm me out immediatly....thanx in advance.
