Read and edit record in CSV file

 Hi,
I have three 'fields' in my CSV file:
ID
Name
Collected
I need to be able to search for an ID using a form, which will then return the associated 'Name'. I then need an option to be able to edit the 'Collected' field from 'No' to 'Yes' for this record. Is this possible?
