Using Menu Control in VB.NET - with Browser Google Chrome problem

Have noticed this is a common problem, but can't quite figure out the precse fix I'm looking for. Think I've got the concept, but am maybe slightly off and need a second opinion....



I currently have a Web Page (aspx) with a Static Menu Control. 
>There is 1 parent node and 1 child node. 


When viewed in Internet Explorer, it works fine.

However, in Google Chrome, it does not work correctly.


To fix this issue, I am currently using the following code:

• atou rename database when detach /attach
