Display .svg file in IE-7+

Hello all,
I have .svg files which i want to display in IE-7+ browsers. i have looked at some third party like "ample sdk and svg2vml libs but didnt have  luck with them, I bascially have a .xml file which displays tree like structure, i want to display this xml file on IE-7, IE-8 and in IE-9. Does any one knows any open source/free library that i can use for this purpose.
