how to avoid an image from loading multiple times during the page load in asp.net

Hi,
    I am loading a web Page which has four panel, inside which four different user controls are created dynamically. but the four user control uses a single third party control(eg: named "c1chartone"). on checking with the trace of the page I can find the time taken to load three C1Chartone for a single page.
Can any one help me how to avoid this.
