Technologies Used: ASP.Net 2.0 , C#
I want to create a website (WebPage) where-in the news can be updated every 5 minutes , only in the upper part of the webpage , while the lower part of the webpage carries static information. I guess there must be a lot of ways to approach this. How can I implement this in ASP.Net.? (This is something similar to any news website , where in the flash news gets displayed in the upper portion of the webpage).
