where can i download sql server 2012 management studio express full setup for windows 8. i am download form

600 mb,if i install it not ask instance name user name and password,just it install.but if i open in not show local server name,it only show server name from network.i need with full setup like more than 3 or 4 gb,then only it ask instance name password
