Does Framework 4.5 contain KB2416472 in its core build?

Hi,

earlier I used framework 4.0 on my server and i had to install KB2416472 security update.
Now I upgraded to framework 4.5 but I could not find KB2416472 in the installed patches in registry or control panel installed updates.
Does Framework 4.5 contains KB2416472 in its core build and I do not need to reinstall KB2416472? if yes, does framework 4.5 installment removes the already installed KB2416472?
