Delay creating username in CreateUserWizard until account is verified.

I want to use the CreateUserWizard control in the following way: 1. The user accesses our Register a New Account page and fills out a form with his or her first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, and other miscellaneous information. 2. On submit, an email will be sent to the email address indicated by the user. The user will check his or her email, open the email, and click on a custom hyperlink to our site verifying the email address. 3. On verification, another email will be sent to our account manager indicating that user such-and-such with a valid email address has requested an account with our website. 4. The account manager then verifies the personal information sent by the user, and then the account manager chooses a unique username for this user, and a random password is generated. 5.
