OK so I have a strange problem.
I have installed SQL Server 2012 Express. On the server, I have connected a client MS Access database and everything works fine.
I have also opened the UDP port 1434 and TCP port 1433 on my firewall as well as configured SQLEXPRESS to allow remote connections.
My goal is to take the Access Client and put it on other computers to allow people to see the data by connecting to the SQL Server using Access. On computer A, this works fine, when I click on my Access database it prompts me for the $username and $password.
Connection is made. On computer B, C, and D, the same thing happens and I use the same information and I continually get SQL Server Error 53.
I am confused because why would it work from one computer but no others? I have been trying different solutions and am afraid I am out of ideas. Please someone help! I appreciate any feedback. Thanks
