dear friends,
i am a windows desktop application developer by hobby and a educationist by profession. now i want to devote my knowledge to society and for the purpose i want to develop a web portal. because of that i want to learn asp.net. i selected vb.net as a development
language.
pls advice me regarding
1: from where i can download all the functions available for vb.net.
2: is it must to learn html and css ( my focus is on providing knowledge and not the beautification of web site)
3: any beginers tutorial to start from.
