i have five numbers and i want to select the menu depending on the combination of the numbers

i have given 5 checkboxes with value and menu names like
1--master
2 about us
3...ledgers
4...report
if admin select only 2 and 3checkbox then i have to show about us and ledgers to the user after login...so how can i implement this depending on check box selection..please help me
