get the value from listview subItem and stored in a variable after use it in sql query

hi,are you fine ? please i have a listview in my form web and this listview countains records  item , product ,qty,discount,t.v.A,Total ...   
i want to stord  all this subitem  usign for statment in a variable for example item in  int variable and  product in string variable which i can after  use this variable in query .
