I get the following message when trying to publish my previously published application, CutPlanSystem. This application and many others have been on my PC for several years with no problems. I can upgrade and publish other applications, but when
I tryto publish this updated application I get the following message in the install log. By the way, I can run it with Debug.
SQLExpress is on my PC, and it updates automatically along with everything else from Microsoft. What is causing this?
