What is the best way to upload pictures to something like SkyDrive and view them in thumbnails view or larger image with classes of info about groups of pictures. I would like my users to be able to give a rating for each indivual pic so I get them sorted
according to best picture. What type of coding would I be looking at. I use the Visual Studio 2013 for Web and use the Visual Basic code.
