When I try to follow Rick Anderson's
article to enable Windows Azure Authentication, I do not get "Enable Windows Azure Authentication" item in Project menu.
When I install Microsoft ASP.NET Tools for Windows Azure Active Directory (as he suggested) I get the error: "This product requires 'Microsoft Web Developer Tools 2012.2.1'". But when I install Web Tools Extensions for Visual Studio 2012 I get the error: "A
later version of Microsoft Web Developer Tools 2012.2.1 is already installed". (I have Microsoft ASP.NET and Web Frameworks 2013.1 installed.)
So how to get "Enable Windows Azure Authentication" menu option ?
