User Controls

Hi,
I need to develop a aspx page like,
Page has 2 portions(top half and bottom half)
In top Portion there is a custom grid view and based on the diff column it has diff links in it.
When i click any of the link, the bottom portion needs to be changed with diff user controls for diff link.(Ther top portion remains the same).
