insert any row if data exists

Hi,
In  my application i have   Company expenses table with rows and column in aspx.
day's and date's are labels remaining all are textboxes
sunday        hotel   trans  carrental   parking  fuel  mileage ... total
monday            ...................
tueday ..........................
In my code if hotel and transport entered by user then only it saves in databse .
Example: one user details for travel
sunday     hotel       trans           carrental    fuel     meals       total
sunday       $80      $ 400
monday     &nb ...
