i want to display perticular records in to griedview with certain condition.........

I am working on on asp.net application using entity framework in VS 2012
and now i am trying to bind datagriedview i have allready done it using 2-tier architecture using
"select req_id,job_code,role,req_expfrm,req_expto,convert(char(10),posting_date,103) posting_date,req_type,isactive from requirnment_master where rec_id=Session["id"];"
query so i want to display perticular fields with certain condition in entity framework i am done it properly but now i want to display datetime in only date format which i done in 2-tier using "convert(char(10),posting_date,103) posting_date" sentence so what should i do for that my new code is follows
