upload a file table and allow download via link that expires in days

I want to create a functionality allow a student to send potential employers their resume that will expire in an specified period of time(eg 2 days).
Should be something like this
1) Student will select an employer from a employerTable and send them links that will expire in two days.
2) Employer recieves the links and downloads the resumes and other docs the student has decided to send. Eg downloads.aspx?id=as4s1da23d23zwaw1
3) Delete content when experation has reached time limit.
