I have purchased a bit of software that requires me to run SqlLocalDB64.msi, all seems to run fine until about 80% when it attempts to run I get the following message
Service 'SQL Server VSS Writer' (SQL Writer) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privelages to start system services.
I am the only user and administrator, also I have checked the sevices manager and before running the msi and when I cancel the operation due failure the VSS Writer shows 'started'. It appears that it switches off when I run the msi.
Any help with settings would be greatly appreciated.
For info I am on Windows 7 64 bit Professional Version.
I must also point out my knowledge of pc workings is extremely limited so any help please give me step by step guidance.
