How To write sql qurey to search on the basis of multiple asp controls

Hi,
I have two textboxes and two gropdown list in my application....i want to search the result from sql server 2008 r2 on the basis of all these controls.....so how sholud i write query to get the result from database on the basis of all controls value....
please guide me..
