Jump to the tab that failed validation

I am using the AJAX tab and all the tabs have Validation on certain field.

i would like to check if it is possible to jump to the tab that has the validation failed so that user will know what are error messages.. i tried the  SetFocusOnError="true" which did not work

also i notice that if certain validation failed and the error message is shown, the rest of the validation which also failed will not display the error message
