How to fix broken links in ASP.NET

I am very new to ASP.NET, but I do understand other programming languages...I have a client that requested I transfer his domain and existing website over to GoDaddy. This existing website was built by another developer, which did provide me with a complete zip file of the site. I have successfully transferred the domain name and have the Windows Hosting via GD. When I uploaded the site via FTP (FileZilla) all of the ASP.NET link paths are broken. I have downloaded VS Express 2013 for Web, but do not know enough ASP.NET to fix the broken links. I understand that I need to learn ASP.NET and how to use VSE 2013 - which I will do! However, I am on a very tight deadline to get the pre-existing site back up live...I do not want to make any changes to the site at this time (I will learn ASP.NET before I make any changes).
