I am still trying to work out and understand permissions for a web site.
The web site is running, but it is filled I am sure with security flaws.
If in IIS the Write and Directory browsing options are checked, i feel this bad!
If I remove the checks from these boxes, will I (as developer) be able to move any programming changes from my local machine to the web server?
Or will this block me from making changes?
And...if there are any inserts or updates in the application itself, will the program be allowed to do this?
