Can't see ASP.NET Web Site (Razor v2)

I'm trying to start a new web site using VS 2012 and when the window pops up to select a template I do not see ASP.NET Web Site(Razor v2). 
I have .NET Framework 4.5 selected from the dropdown list.
Can you please help?
