Onclick event is able to click for few onclick function in master page and content place holder in child page. but for few onclick mouse symbol is not enabling to click

Hi,

Onclick event is able to click for few  onclick function in master page and content place holder in child page. but for few onclick event is not able to click in both master page and content place holder page which means mouse symbol is not enabling to click(not showing hand symbol). i mentioned everything onclick="lll_click" and runat="server" properly..
but few onclick is working and few onclick is not working. why and what makes like this problem. how to solve this?
