What would be the best way to validate that only 1 email receipent is sent out per message. Basically I might need to email 1,000 people, but they must go out one at a time (only in the To, not in the Cc or Bcc) instead of all being in the To, Cc or Bcc
etc.
Would it be best to have two different email functions that are totally seperate in the application or try to combine it to one function?
