How To Add Reference to Host Website in Asp.net C#.

I using a running website , when i need to update my web page then i transfer file through FileZilla and i am using VPN server also
I want to add Reference to my website. In localhost its working.
Interop.Microsoft.Office.Interop.Access.Dao.dll But i want add this in my webste that on Server,
How can i do this, Plz help me
