We are using a workgroup setup vs Windows Server and it was recommended that we post on this forum.
We are using a SQL based program and Crystal Reports, and need to print 9-1/2 x 7 continuous size from our Epson LQ-590. We have installed a windows generic printer and need to adjust the form size.The SQL program will print on 7" length
but the paper form feed defaults to 11". We have created and selected the custom form size in the properties section of the print server properties and have changed the paper size to the same custom form in the printer properties,
however the printer default form still feeds to 11". I have downloaded the FX printer codes but don't know how to apply them in the Printer Commands, paper size select and paper feed selection.
