Unbale to browse sqlserver 2005

Hi,
I want to create a datasource to mssql 2005 express edition server 
from windows 2003 service 2 server.But the server is not visible in the server list.Please anyone can guide in this.But the same server is visible and able to create datasource connection from XP systems.
