how to detect when a user presses browsers X the prompt them that they are leaving

hey guys i have a pop up window that displays a survey that i need the user to fill in but the user can not exit via the X on the browser but use a exit button how do i prompt the user that he can not exit by pressing the X , or is there a way to disable it from showing using asp.net C#
