Hi,
I have been looking for some tips online for optimizing an video ie reducing the video size, maintaining the video quality as good as possible, reducing the frame rates etc so that an video uploaded using a web app can be easily accessed using a mobile device.
But could not find any direct answers. Do i have to use a thrid party software or can i acomplish this using c# code or what? Also if the video is of format other than mp4 it needs to be converted to mp4.
Please help.
