getting column data as column header for other table

I have a table FeeHeader. How can I use the data of 1 particular column of this table for column header on another table.
Data for FeeHEader:
SN  Header
1     Admission Fee
2     Exam Fee
3     Practical Fee

Now What I need in another table ABC is 
SN  Admission Fee      Exam Fee    Practical Fee   Total
