The type or namespace name 'Web_API' could not be found

Hi,
I am calling a webservice in my project.. i do all stuf like add web reference and all.. and its working fine on my local machine.
While i deploy code on my server i got an error "The type or namespace name 'Web_API' could not be found ".. 
I did not understand why i got this error..
