2008 R2 Install Error 2203

I had installed 2008 express r2 but without the management part of it. So I downloaded the installer for the management part of it and launched the install. Went through the install and it majorly Messed everything up. So I attempted to go uninstall everything via Add/ Remove... Which further destroyed anything related to SQL install or uninstall.
