Could not find the Database Engine startup handle

Hi,
I am installing Microsoft SQL Express 2012 on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard. The server is standalone (Work Group)
I am getting this error during the installation "Could not find the Database Engine startup handle"
and it failed to install Database Engine service and SQL Server Replication.

Please help me to fix the same..
