I am not sure if I am asking the question in the right place, but I use windows 8 x64 operating system. I downloaded web platform installer 5 but any application I try to install only download but hangs at the installation process for hours. I allowed
it to run all night last night but no installation. Is web installer 5 x86 or x64. What am I doing wrong?
