How do i create a page load that will automatically load user record by id and display the record in gridview ? (ASP.NET C#)

Hi please how do i create a page load that will automatically load user record by id and display the record in gridview ?. Example is, if a user sumits his name and address on form page he will be redirected to thank you page where is input from database will be displaied on the gridview.
Please any idea?
