A directory com object on does not display any aspx pages

I have a directory named ../test/bin that i have installed/registered a UsaEPayCom object on. When I send query string tests in aspx (.net) pages to the ../test/ directory, my scripting and page displays look fine. When I move these files into ../test/bin and make sure the new path is correct in my coding, i get a blank page when i try to view the display. Wondering why the bin directoryin  ...com.dll is also not showing any of my scripting (i get no error messages). I am not pointing any code towards the com object at all, just doing a querystring test. The windows server is an Amazon EC-2  ???? Thanks X
