k I am writing a program in Microsoft Visual Studio 2013.
I am making a C# web application
If I click the play button the program run in IE . But how i can make an HTML so i can open the HTML and the program will work without having to be using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013?
I tried to Publish it but it asking for information I do not have.
I just want to publish to computer for now will i can open the HTML without have Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 running
and i can move the HTML and file that comes with it, to another computer and open it there and it runs.
so I am very new to this.
